LEGAL & USE STANDARD

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of BearSchiele public pages, forms, account paths, content, and digital experiences.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the site, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Informational access is not an engagement

Viewing content, submitting a form, creating an account, requesting a review, or joining an introductory conversation does not create an advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, licensing, or other professional relationship. A binding engagement requires an accepted order, subscription, license, proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement.

3. Accounts and security

When an account is offered, you are responsible for accurate information, authorized use, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your access. Notify support promptly of suspected compromise. We may suspend access to protect users, systems, rights, or contractual requirements.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes
  • Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, scrape at unreasonable scale, or introduce malicious code
  • Do not submit content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, export, employment, or other rights
  • Do not misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, results, or generated content

5. Intellectual property

The site, brands, software, designs, curriculum, frameworks, documentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to BearSchiele. No ownership transfers through site access. Limited personal or internal use is permitted only as expressly stated; reproduction, resale, model training, publication, or creation of derivative commercial materials requires written permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you are authorized to submit. You grant the operator a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service and satisfy legal obligations. You are responsible for having the rights and authority required to submit it.

7. AI-assisted output

Generated content is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must evaluate output before relying on it. AI assistance does not replace human judgment or qualified legal, medical, financial, security, employment, or other professional advice.

8. Third-party services

The experience may link to or depend on third-party authentication, hosting, communications, payments, analytics, scheduling, storage, or AI services. Their terms and availability apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or failures outside our reasonable control.

9. Fees, credits, and paid services

Any price, subscription, credit, refund, renewal, cancellation, license, scope, or payment term shown at purchase or in a written agreement controls the paid service. Public content does not alter an executed commercial agreement.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

The public site and general content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific business outcome, or error-free output. Liability limits and remedies in a separate written agreement control that engagement; otherwise liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing terms, changes, and contact

Applicable law and dispute terms stated in a signed agreement control paid work. Without a separate agreement, the laws of Texas apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and claims must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas.
