BearSchiele is the founder brand, public trust, thought leadership, and opportunity-routing surface for Theodore “Teddy Bear” Schiele.
BearSchiele establishes founder context and routes qualified opportunities. Altrium Holdings governs ownership and portfolio relationships; Schiele & Associates delivers advisory work; Circle of Growth™ delivers leadership curriculum and licensing; LIFTStack delivers technology; Genesis AI provides intelligence and action support.
2. Named ownership and contracting responsibility
The public brand and domain do not replace the legal name in a contract. the legal entity identified for any resulting engagement; the BearSchiele public brand alone does not create a client relationship is responsible only to the extent stated in the applicable written agreement. Every material engagement should identify the accountable owner, scope, decision rights, deliverables, evidence, and escalation path.
3. AI is assistance, not authority
AI may help organize context, produce drafts, summarize information, identify patterns, or propose next actions. It does not hold decision rights, approve commitments, certify truth, or replace human review. Material decisions remain with an authorized person.
4. Claims and evidence
We distinguish an aspiration, capability, method, completed output, and measured result. We do not promise outcomes that depend on client action, third parties, market conditions, or facts outside our control. Engagement-specific evidence should be traceable to the agreed acceptance standard.
5. Conflicts, referrals, and ecosystem relationships
A request may be routed to another Altrium ecosystem property when that entity is better suited to deliver. That relationship will be disclosed before a binding engagement. Referral, ownership, licensing, subcontracting, or technology relationships do not remove the need for a named accountable party.
6. Data and confidentiality
Public forms collect only the context reasonably needed to respond or route a request. Confidentiality, data access, retention, model use, and security requirements for delivery work should be stated in the applicable agreement. We do not treat a public submission as privileged.
7. Human impact and accessibility
Technology, leadership, and operating decisions affect people. We aim for clear language, usable experiences, fair access, responsible automation, and a way to reach human support. Feedback about accessibility, harm, bias, or unintended effects is reviewed as an operating issue.
8. Corrections and accountability
Material corrections will be made when credible evidence shows that public information is wrong or incomplete. Questions about this statement or a specific responsibility boundary may be submitted through use the bearschiele client portal.
